YogaKnott - not because I want you to tie yourself in knots!! - but because that's my name : Elizabeth Knott. I have been teaching yoga for 8 years and practising for about 20 years. Yoga has been part of my adult life for so long and I love being part of the yoga journey for others too. I teach Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa Flow. I also teach pregnancy, restorative, 1 to 1, yoga in your workspace, seniors seated yoga. Coming up: Yoga for Healhy Lower Backs - a 12 week course.
