I've always been passionate about helping people to be the best that they can be and have spent the last 25 years working in: personal development, confidence and self esteem coaching, and offering holistic treatments.
Yoga brings all of this together and allows me to offer clients a wonderful practice that works on mind, body and soul in a profound way. My classes are varied and work on strengthening core muscles, elongating and toning all muscles, whole body opening, strength and flexibility and pranayama breathing to quieten the chatter in our minds and bring us to equilibrium. I use yoga props, blocks, bricks, straps etc to help clients get into/go further in postures.
