I first discovered yoga 9 years ago and it changed my life completely. It has brought the calmness, energy and more freedom into my life. Now I am qualified teacher and I would like to pass my experience and joy to others.
Power yoga is a dynamic style of yoga. It moves more quickly than regular yoga, and as such gives more cardio output gaining muscle tone and lose weight. The series of postures are designed to improve strength, concentration, release stress and increase the energy level. Power yoga as any other style of yoga works with breathing which energized you throughout the whole practice.
