Yoga found me when I was a teenager and I instantly fell in love. I found Yoga to be so beneficial; it was not just about keeping my body flexible but everything else I reap from the practice.
No matter what happens Yoga is always there in my life and after taking some time out to have my little boy I now teach postnatal Yoga to new mums who struggle to find time to themselves.
Trained with the British School of Yoga (BSY) I am a level 4 Hatha Yoga Teacher, 200 hours and a level 2 fitness instructor.
I am also a member of the Independent Yoga Network (IYN)
