Come and join us at the incredible La Deveze in the South of France for a week-long retreat surrounded by nature, fresh Prana and in the company of like-minded friends.
Each day there will be 2 practices of either Yoga or Qigong (maybe both)– morning and evening – and meditation sessions throughout the week. All of these are optional and will be created for all abilities. We will be looking at the power of our breath and the importance of spending time in the natural world – a perfect place to do this.
Free time can be spent by the glorious pool with panoramic views of the hills and countryside, walks around the 90 acres of land and beyond, having a massage, visiting Quissac 1 km walk away or just finding a quiet spot to read or relax or connecting with others.

My classes are accessible and inclusive with a focus on body awareness, moving meditation and energy work fused with the classical teachings of Hatha Yoga and Qigong with a modern twist. Each session includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation/meditation as well as incorporating more restorative practices too, always honouring these transformative practices. You can join me in-person in a couple of our beautiful, safe halls, live-streamed via zoom in the comfort of your own home or even via our growing on-demand library via my website smallworldyoga.co.uk
I teach a number of different styles including Traditional Hatha, Prana flow Yoga (created by global movement alchemist Shiva Rea), Tibetan practices and Qigong are weaved into my classes as well as Trauma Informed Yoga, restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga and meditation. I also run workshops, retreats and foundation courses and hold YACEP status.

Qualifications British Wheel of Yoga level 4 Diploma, E-RYT-500 hours, Prana flow and Soulful wellness, YACEP, Restorative Yoga, holistic massage, Yoga for Autism and ADHD, EFT. I am an accredited Trauma Informed Yoga teacher.
Classes are for all levels, ages and abilities - please note some classes are not suitable during pregnancy. I am passionate that anyone can bring the benefits of Yoga in to their life. Come along and discover the magic for yourself!
