MadisonYoga's Cosy Day Retreat
Have a day just for you 💕

Special Retreat Day focusing on relaxing the mind, restoring the body, toning the muscles, rejuvenating the skin and feeling fabulous in yourself.

We hold so much stress in our minds, and tension in our bodies- from the hips to shoulders to spine to neck. In this day we take time to relieve the tension in the muscles and restore the body.

To reflect on what we are grateful for and manifest what we want for the upcoming months.

Renew yourself and give time just to be. Try new movement and meditation, meet like minded people and leave feeling refreshed and content!

Easing into backbends to relax tension from the spine and yummy hip openers to increase mobility and release stress from the mind. Finding comfort in the cycle of the breath and learning to quieten the mind and find peace in each moment no matter how uncomfortable at first they may seem.

A day of trying different styles of yoga such as Hatha, funky flow yoga and yin yoga with gentle assists and fun variations to try, widening your range of practice. In addition yoga philosophy, meditations and pranayamas.

Ending the day with Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra by candlelight so you feel fresh and revitalised 💤✨

Come join me in this welcoming space for a day of rejuvenation, relaxation, challenging your body, deepening your meditation, quietening the mind and connecting with the breath.

10:30 AM ARRIVAL- tea and breakfast snack
10:45AM Pranayama and Meditation
11:00 Flow into Bliss Yoga and meditation to balance the chakras
12: AM BREAK- tea, fruit
12:15pm Hatha yoga and dharma wheel play to find new balance and increase flexibility of the spine
1.15PM LUNCH PROVIDED
2.00PM Deep and Delightful Yin Yoga
2:45PM Yoga Nidra by Candlelight with soundbath
3:340pm FINISH

ALL WELCOME, even complete beginners. If you have any injury please let me know before attending. No prior experience necessary.
