Practice yoga daily plus walk and do some archery Saturday and travel down the river in a canoe on Sunday .Or simply relax and connect to nature

I Fully qualified as British Wheel of Yoga Diploma tutor, My style of Yoga is influenced by my further studies in Yoga and Mental Health,Mindfulness as a Therapy. Pranayama the science of breath and Yoga for Backs Health. I like all forms of yoga that aim at nurturing and balance the whole individual promoting health and spiritual growth, including chair yoga for the less mobile. I work with all ages and specialize in Ante and Postanatal Care, and have worked with many children
My favourite styles are Satyananda, Integral and Anubhava Yoga.
