Once again our Easter Weekend Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Food Retreat takes place at the gorgeous ecologically run Welsh Retreat in Llandysul, Carmarthenshire, Wales.
We are so excited to go back to a place of space, freedom and comfort, nestled in beautiful West Wales. Set in 24 acres of lush land with 6 acres of bluebell woodlands alongside the small River Bargoed; with many special areas to explore, sit quietly in the sun or play on a slackline or swing.
A perfect place to spend a few stress free days practicing yoga with two yoga teachers in each class. Enjoying delicious healthy home cooked vegetarian / vegan food. Relaxing by the wood burner or enjoying a wealth of outdoor activities.
There is also optional food workshops hosted by Amanda and John and a beach excursion where you can take a nice dip or simply watch an amazing waterfall. Once the weekend is over you will leave feeling refreshed, revitalised and energised in your yoga practice.

Adventurous couple and avid foodies, Amanda & John are Yoga Mix. Their Yoga Mix studio in Canonmills offers Group, Corporate and Private Classes along with Yoga Workshops. Private and Corporate Yoga classes can also be taken at your venue. Yoga Mix also runs Yoga Retreats throughout the UK and offers Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy.
Amanda and John are both qualified Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga teachers who also have been trained in prenatal and restorative yoga.
