This 4-day event is suitable for people who find it difficult to participate in a general yoga class and those with illnesses eg M.S., M.E., chronic fatigue syndrome, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, cancer, Parkinsons, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, stress, anxiety etc.

The Yoga for Health and Education Trust (YHET) is a not-for-profit company and charity dedicated to bringing yoga to all whether fit and well or disabled and our general events cater for all levels of ability by providing a choice of yoga classes.
We also organise therapeutic yoga events specifically for those who are not able to participate in general yoga classes.
YHET events feature a wide range of teachers from various backgrounds, all dedicated to making yoga available to all.
