I have 12 places available on this yoga holiday, a time to unwind ,renew relax and enjoy. There will be something for everyone.
Yoga will take place in the studio or out doors and we will have 10/12 yoga sessions and much more. All session will be suitable for all levels.
A fusion of Dru, Vinysasa flow, yin and Hatha yoga.
The main focus of this retreat will be to explore on a deeper level your personal yoga practice. Time just for you, to rebalance , re- ignite (if needed) relax and enjoy. I hope you will learn something new but come with an open mind and heart.

Price £745 – Accommodation on a twin shared basis - all rooms are en-suite.

10/12 Yoga sessions (2hrs) including meditation , relaxation, chanting and mudra’s
Room, 7 x Continental Breakfast, 6 light lunches, 7 dinners -some at local restaurants, airport and restaurant transfers. Includes use of air-conditioned Studio.This package assumes that all participants will arrive at Malaga airport at a similar time to share an airport transfer(we can organise private taxis if required but at the clients expense – 70€ for up to 4 pax)What is not included? Flights, Insurance, Drinks, any excursion costs, 1 lunch midweek (most groups have a day out mid week)
