Back for our third year at the peaceful setting of The Orange Tree, set in the heart of The North York Moors National Park.

This popular weekend is perfect for cutting yourself off from everyday life so that you can simply relax.

Join me for a lovely calming weekend of gentle flowing yoga, meditation, good wholesome food and lots of laughter.

This weekend is the perfect chance to invest some time in your health and well- being.

It is designed to restore your inner peace, calm your mind and emotions and re-balance the flow of energy in the body.

Price includes

Accommodation for two nights (based on two people sharing a room. Limited single supplements are available)
All meals (delicious vegetarian home cooking) – plus afternoon tea & cakes on Saturday
Use of sauna & hot tub

There will be free time during in the weekend, so you could put on your walking boots and explore the stunning countryside (guided walks available) or book a relaxing treatment with the therapists at The Orange Tree. You could ease out your muscles in the sauna or soak in the hot tub with stunning views of the glorious Moors.
