Daily yoga practice

Morning

Beginning each day with a revitilising, more dynamic Vinyasa Flow and Hatha sequence bringing energy and balance to the body, designed to enable you to delve into the depths of both your mind and soul with specific chakra focus.

Evening

The evening classes will be restorative and relaxing and consisting of Slow Flow, pranayama, Yin, and Restorative yoga, designed to spiritually awaken, relax, and connect you with your inner being. We will use the bolsters and cushions provided. There will also be guided meditation.

Through this Complete Chakra Renewal Program you can heal, soothe, and calm your emotional, spiritual, and physical body making space for renewal, light, and joy.

Samantha Vinyasa

Samantha is a London based yoga teacher, teaching at many London based private members clubs and privately. Her style is open level Vinyasa flow and Hatha. Samantha offers yoga that is physically distinct, but spiritually well rounded and complete. She taps into the energy field of the time to set a spiritually relevant intention, and often utilizes the Buddhist practice of mindfulness (simple, proven and effective techniques to use the breath to remain aware and present).

Her technique can transform on both a cellular level (by enhancing length, flexibility and strength of the muscles); and also on an energetic and emotional level (by conscious effort set by a relevant intention) and an unconscious level by addressing and transcending boundaries limitations and fears, some of which have been set by ourselves - be it physical, mental and spiritual.
