I am privileged to be working with Camps International - Ethical Travel Specialists to offer this unique opportunity to go on a Yoga and Mindfulness holiday whilst also giving something back to the local community in Kenya. We will spend 4 days at the beautiful Lions Bluff Lodge in Tsavo, where we will enjoy Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation as well as exciting safaris. We will also be working with the local women's group in Tsavo.
We will then transfer down the coast to Diani Beach and spend 5 days staying at the amazing Swahili Beach resort, where as well as Yoga and Meditation you can enjoy the beautiful beach. We will also be spending the day working with the local community in Muhake and then enjoying an afternoon community yoga workshop.
Price includes Transfers, safaris, park admission, full-board, daily yoga and meditation.

I have practiced yoga for more than 25 years, and I founded Ringwood Yoga in 2009 after qualifying with The British Wheel of Yoga and Fryog. I teach group classes, private lessons, corporate classes, festivals and also run workshops and Yoga holidays throughout the year.
I have recently qualified as a Mindfulness Practitioner, and will soon be introducing some Mindfulness Workshops and Classes, to help us come back to the present moment, in this frantic, fast paced society we now live in.
