I have been teaching for 15 years and trained with the British Wheel of Yoga. Hatha yoga is a lovely style of yoga as it can be done by everyone but is still challenging and enriching. I also do Indian Head Massage and Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candle) treatments. I am currently only teaching via Zoom.
