A week long Yoga Holiday costs £490 per person. This price includes:
Accommodation sharing a twin or double bedded room with en suite facilities. If you want a room to yourself (subject to availability) then a single supplement costs £90 for the week.
2 hours Yoga class in the morning and 1.5 hours Yoga class late afternoon, 6 days of the week.
Breakfast and Dinner - all vegetarian.
Use of a range of Yoga equipment including mats, and the Yoga Space
Use of the swimming pool and the Hamam.
Excursions are optional and cost between £3 and £20 each
Flights, transfers and insurance are not included.

Sally has been doing Yoga since childhood, teaching for 15 years and teaching Pregnancy and Post Pregnancy Yoga for 6 years.
Sally is a very experienced Yoga teacher and is a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Holder, Pathway to Yoga Teacher, Yoga Wise Registered Teacher as well as a YMCA fitness instructor and Personal Trainer.
She runs a number of classes, her classes are fun and inspriring and for Every Body, these include:
