I have been practising yoga for most of my life, but began in earnest over ten years ago when work related stress resulted in my neck completely seizing up. Since then, yoga has seen me through different periods of my life, including two pregnancies, and has helped me cope with the stresses and strains of everyday living.
I am qualified with a 500 hour British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Level 4 Teacher Training Diploma which I studied through the Yoga Training Centre www.yogatrainingcentre.co.uk I also hold qualifications in teaching Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga.
