Hi,
I'm running a charity Yogathon on 27th November 2016 from 2-5pm, to raise money for UNICEF's Syria emergency appeal and for a school in Tanzania where there are high numbers of orphans from AIDS.
It is £10 to enter, plus optional sponsorship.
Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin styles will be practiced, along with pranayama techniques.

I have been practising Yoga for many years and truly believe it has the ability to transform lives - greatly improving not only one's physical health, but also mental and spiritual well-being. In fact, Yoga has helped me recover from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which debilitated me for nearly five years.

My name is Sian, and I teach both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga within Northamptonshire and Cherwell. I run a number of classes, and also provide 1-2-1 tuition. For private clients I can tailor lessons to meet your individual needs - for example, if you are new to fitness we can commence with a gentle practice, or if you wish build your core strength or increase your flexibility then I can devise bespoke practices for you.
I visit my clients at their own homes, or work places, and my lessons typically last for one hour. I try to make my lessons interesting and creative, incorporating popular and unusual poses. I feel it is important to build a strong rapport with my clients, and treat everyone I meet with the up-most dignity and respect. Whilst always professional, I try to make my lessons fun.
I hold a Diploma in Teaching Yoga, and am registered with REP's.
I have a passion for Yoga that I enjoy passing on to others, to help them discover the many benefits and the joy of Yoga for themselves.
