Yoga with Edith

Mindful movement, meditation and massage have become integral to my life. I believe that looking after ourselves through yoga, massage, proper rest and eating well helps us all to attain optimum health and well-being. I have used yoga and massage to complement many stages of life: from the day-to-day; to times of stress, upheaval and uncertainty; to complementing my sporting disciplines in running, cycling and swimming; and during my travel adventures. Yoga and massage consistently ground, energise and centre me.

My regular yoga practice started in 2006 and has taken me all over the world from the UK to New Zealand to Hawaii to to Morocco to India, and I am very fortunate to have experienced different wonderful teachers & styles, which have honed my own unique yoga practice.
My style of yoga is a non-dogmatic, playful Vinyasa flow, influenced by the safety and alignment that BKS Iyengar’s teachings support. I qualified as a yoga teacher in June 2013 with Still Flowing Yoga led by Gemma Mallol and Marcela Wakeman. In 2014, I trained in Yin Yoga under the proficient guidance of Norman Blair. In 2016, I trained in Pregnancy Yoga with the wonderful Uma Dinsmore-Tuli & Lisa White. I continued my study further with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli & Nirlipta Tuli in the amazing art and practice of Yoga Nidra.
Learning never finishes, so I attend regular workshops and teacher trainings as well as having a daily self-practice.

I hope to successfully share the wonders and many delights of yoga and massage with you, to help you find more energy, joy and awareness.
