A total body workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, tone and shape using energising high intensity Pilates exercises and pulse raising moves. We’ll use exercise bands, sliders and some creative and downright silly moves to help you have fun and let loose while you get fit!
You don’t need to be super fit or experienced, you just need to come with enthusiasm and a smile! The workshop aims to leave you feeling empowered and confident for the best time of year…SUMMER!
Afterwards, we’ll share in a brew and snacks and have a chinwag before heading off ready to take on the WORLD!! GO GIRL!!
