A gong bath is a wonderfully relaxing experience ....you are bathed in the sounds of beautiful gongs (and other gentle percussive instruments) which bring you into a deeply relaxed state. You simply lay, snuggled in a blanket on the floor and let the sounds wash over you.
A gong bath is a beautiful form of sound therapy which leaves you feeling really marvellous - 'blissed out'! It's often described as a healing therapy that's great for stress reduction.
Bring: Yoga mat, cushion/block and blanket
