IN PERSON Iyengar Yoga workshop 10 am - 1.30 pm (doors open at 9.45 am). Please bring your own yoga equipment (1 mat, 4 foam blocks, 2 bricks, 1 belt, 1 or 2 blankets). If you need to borrow any equipment, please let me know at time of booking. Email leedsyogashala-kate@yahoo.com to book. Not suitable for complete beginners but fine if you have been attending an Iyengar Yoga class regularly for at least 6 months.

I've practised yoga since I was a small child with books and tv, later I found Iyengar Yoga classes at university - its been my passion ever since. I've been teaching since I qualified in 2000 and am now certificated at Level 3 (new certification levels were brought in 2020). I have been very fortunate to study at the RIMYI, the home of Iyengar Yoga, in India on numerous occasions as well as my regular studies with Advanced Teachers in the UK and France.
