A 1.5 hour practice of the Five Tibetan Rites an ancient form of Tibetan yoga, similar to the yoga series that originated in India, that stokes up the energy and are often referred to as the 'Fountain of Youth' as the exercises are considered to be age-defying. This will be followed by a cultivating self-compassion guided meditation. Chanting will close the class. All levels of practitioner are welcome to this class including beginners and pregnant students.
