A basic beginners meditation course designed to start you up on your meditation journey.
Students meet for one hour each week [six weeks in total] to learn the basics of meditation theory and practice. Following the course the new meditators are invited to join a weekly group meditation hub. Meditation practice benefits for the mind, body and spirit are well researched and require no introduction.

My inner journey began 30 years ago during the extensive study and practice of hatha yoga, meditation, healing, and eastern philosophies. This led me to become a spiritual healer, a hatha yoga teacher and finally a psychotherapist. My yoga practice, teaching style and my own self have been evolving through the years and eventually helped me to develop a more inner-directed gentle flow yoga practice aimed at facilitating spiritual growth, healing and self-awareness.
