Maintaining your youth, the spine and conquering pain

Your spine is one of the most important parts of your body and keeping it healthy is vital to the overall functioning of your body, mind and spirit. A stiff spine can lead to pain, movement limitations and many other health complications as its connected to your internal organs.

You are only as young and as healthy as your spine is strong and supple – Ancient yogi saying. Approximately 80-90% of people suffer with back pain at some point in their life, and the best way to avoid it is preventative exercise. The key to eternal youth is held in a flexible spine.

You will be given yogic tools to create your own fountain of youth in your spine, as well as learning how to listen to your body so it doesn’t need to shout at you (in the form of pain), and increasing your intuition so you may always be guided towards health and harmony.

We will cover diet and herbal remedies that specifically help reduce pain and inflammation, what what increases and decreases pain, relaxation and experience gong healing.

Ram Inder Kaur is qualified to teach Kundalini Yoga, Gong Yoga Therapy, and Shakti Dance - The Yoga of Dance. She also practices Reiki, Sound Healing (Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Drum and other sound therapy tools), and has a Diploma in Ayurvedic Life Style and Nutrition.

Ram Inder is committed to a daily spiritual practice, continuous study, and providing students with a safe space to clear the emotional and physical blocks that prevent us from being truly blissful, joyful and healthy. She openly shares yogic tools to help students of all levels awaken their full human potential and attain clarity, strength, self-confidence, and equanimity.

Ram Inder is currently studying Kundalini Therapy Training with Guru Dharam Khalsa and Ayurvedic Massage with Dr Deepika.
