Mini Retreat for up to 4 people in my Home Yoga Studio.
£55 per person plus £5 for lunch.
The day will include a light vegetarian/vegan lunch and refreshments.
This day could be customised to meet your group's requirements and would normally include: gentle yoga warm up, a range of asanas, simple massage, pranayama and relaxation/meditation.

I am a yoga teacher who has been developing my yoga practice since I was 12 years old. I began practising yoga regularly as a child and I qualified in 2010.
I have also been a teacher in adult learning for 30 years and have decided to concentrate more on my yoga teaching from this point onwards.
I also enjoy growing my own vegetables, travelling, hiking, camping and, of course, being with my family and friends.
