Pumpkin Spice and all things nice – what could be more cosy than a Friday night restorative Yoga session with all the Autumnal feels? Im talking warm soft blankets, essential oils in the air and massage to warm your senses from the inside out.
You will be immersed in a total bliss out session to unwind and ground yourself after a busy week. We will use meditation and breathing to fully access the parasympathetic nervous system. Yoga Nidra or 'yogic sleep' will leave you totally light as you drift home – PJ's very welcome so you can jump straight into bed and bring your favourite blanket!
Pumpkin loaf and warming chai latte will be served!

My name is Emma and I love for people to feel inspired and able to move their bodies freely from the inside out and from the Earth up! Meaning to not look physically and standing first and really anatomically understand why we are instructing our bodies to move in such a way. That way we can learn the tools needed to build from the earth up using core activation and breath to find balance and stability from within! I am an advocate for getting a fab cardio workout too which yoga alone cannot offer so I love to bring some Yoga Shred higher and lower impact timed exercises into a specially designed class targeting faster twitch muscles.
This in turn will leave you feeling totally energised and have you burning calories in less time than an hour leaving you with that YOGA GLOW! Which we do alongside an upbeat and electric playlist to get you flowing and grooving to your favourite tunes! Meanwhile getting all the holistic benefits of breathwork and deep stretches and relaxation to end the class.
