A 2 hour workshop for up to 4 people consisting of gentle yoga movement meditation, Pranayama (breathing) exercises, Yin Yoga relaxing postures (asanas), guided visualisation, relaxation techniques and meditation.
£30 per person.

I am a yoga teacher who has been developing my yoga practice since I was 12 years old. I began practising yoga regularly as a child and I qualified in 2010.
I have also been a teacher in adult learning for 30 years and have decided to concentrate more on my yoga teaching from this point onwards.
I also enjoy growing my own vegetables, travelling, hiking, camping and, of course, being with my family and friends.
