Restorative Yoga helps us to relax and bring us back into balance. A more gentle and passive style of yoga, it helps reset the nervous system. Participants are supported into various yoga postures with the help of bolsters, blankets, pillows and blocks. Jackie also provides additional hands on adjustment for those who would like. All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat and blankets.
Places are limited to provide space and personal attention, so booking in advance is essential.
