A day filled with self indulgence, smiling and treats!
Our treat days are designed to give you an opportunity to escape the busy world outside, and enjoy some special baby bump time. We offer all of the services available at a weekend retreats, on this day spa you will enjoy 30 minute sessions of reflexology/massage & a baby bump photography shoot – as well as an hour long yoga and hypnobirthing sessions respectively. Whilst you are not in one of our sessions relax in our comfy seated area with a refreshing drink and some snacks, and you will also love our scrumptious nutritionally balanced lunch in the afternoon.
What can you expect on the day?
