To celebrate the Spring equinox occurring on 20th March, within this workshop you will experience cleansing Pranayama, Kryas, to cleanse the body and mind, asanas to awaken and energise the body, guided meditation and chanting to cleanse the soul.

I found yoga at a point in my life when I was going through a difficult period. Yoga has helped me to transform my life and wellbeing and I wish to help others in this process too. Previously, I was a professional dancer and then a teacher of performing arts for over twenty five years. All my classes are beginner friendly and all levels/experience are welcome.
