Yoga & Wellbeing Day
A wonderful opportunity to dig deep and harness your inner strengths in time for the busy winter months ahead.
The day will include: yoga for all, aimed specifically at strengthening and release, through movement and breathing techniques; Linda's restorative mini-massages, our special guest, Tatyana Stewart, who will lead a workshop on locating one's capabilities by delving into the unconscious mind and a nourishing home-cooked, vegetarian lunch with delicious cakes to round off the day,

I currently teach yoga and Pilates in Bourton on the Water and Long Compton. . All levels are welcome and I run mixed classes and one to one sessions.
The classes are designed around each individual, with modifications and alternative options encouraged to enhance a safe and progressive practice.
I am an experienced Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance & a CYQ level 3 mat Pilates teacher, registered with CIMPSA (formerly REPS).
I'm currently training to become a Feldenkrais practitioner.
