Dynamic Yoga session designed to re-invigorate the body after the long Holiday season. A series of detoxing postures will be use to cleanse the Liver and internal organs so you can start your 2015 with a fresh mindset.
We will also be using a Sankalpa, which is a term / practice in Yoga where the practitioner make a commitment to something, think of it as a serious new year resolution. Sankalpa has the power if intention behind it, the power of creation. Only 1 sankalpa will be created, but the student will be invited to HONOUR ir throughout the year, so the desired change materializes it.
The workshop will finishing with lighting up a candle to bring light to our year. The student will be able to take the home made candle back home.
