This 5 week beginner course will give you an introduction to some of the fundamental yoga poses concentrating on healthy alignment and a deeper awareness of your breath. Some of the many benefits of yoga include: improvement in posture, flexibility, strength, breathing, a greater ability to cope with stress and a feeling of calm. This course will give you the foundation and confidence from which you can move on to an open level class and try out different styles of yoga on your journey.

I teach beginner & level 1 hatha yoga classes on Tuesday mornings in Beaconsfield from 9:30am till 10:45am. I want to teach the foundations of yoga to my students to give them confidence to move on to open level classes and to try different styles.
I did my teacher training with Triyoga London and the British Wheel of Yoga and have been qualified for a couple of years. I also do lots of yoga workshops to keep my knowledge up to date and to help me evolve.
