This a 60 min Forrest Yoga class Level 0-1 with lots of variations given to suit all needs, classes are tailored to the individual needs of those who show up. Expect Breathwork, lost of strength building with a focus on deep intrinsic core work, while I guide you through weekly challenges.

Laura is Forrest Yoga trained and uses this style, combined with the influences of her main teachers Jambo Truong and Charlotte Speller. Laura enjoys using her yoga knowledge to help women improve their lifestyle, posture and health. She currently runs classes via Zoom. Classes follow the intelligent sequencing style of Forrest yoga and are designed to bring you back into your body, to build strength, endurance and a deep level of core strength. Poses are designed to counteract the postural effects of modern-day life on the body. Through breathwork, meditation and pose sequences you can learn to look deeper into your body and mind and begin to take control. Although Laura's expertise lies in women's health and fertility she has been practising yoga for over 20 years and so It felt like a natural progression to train in her favourite style. Developed by Ann T. Forrest Laura enjoys sharing this amazing form of yoga with her clients and building that community outside of the treatment room.
Laura hopes to share everything yoga has to offer and the huge benefits it can have for women for health and supporting fertility in both the physical and spiritual. Laura offers pregnancy free classes to honour the safe space she has created for those who are struggeling with infertility. Pregnancy friendly classes are also available.
