My classes are for individuals who are seeking fitness, relaxation and replenished sources of energy. I trained for two years with Yoga Therapy Ireland and recieved my teaching diploma here....I have found Yoga for me to be fantastic for mind, body and spirit. Yoga keeps you flexible, relaxed and strong. It's vigorous and invigorating. The beauty is that it applies to life's daily activities and can aid in muscular awareness, decreased stress and tension, enhance breathing and reduce the likelihood of injury. It keeps the body supple and mobile and keeps the joints moving. Yoga will allow you to become aware of your own body and what you can and cannot do. ..yoga is 4all!
