Yoga with Anna White
Anna has been teaching adults and children's yoga for over 10 years. Trained through The British Wheel of Yoga, Anna's adult classes have a dynamic flow which combines the breath with sequences of postures creating a deep practise that tones the body and concentrates the mind.
