Stretch, fly, be upside down and lengthen your spine. Use the aerial hammock to help balance in challenging postures, and for relaxation and tricks.

Hello I’m Stella, 500hr RYT Vinyasa and Level 1 Kundalini Teacher KYTA. Experienced Aerial Yoga teacher and CPD provider.
I found yoga in Bermuda 17 years ago and developed my practice around the world. After overcoming ovarian cancer and surprised to be alive I trained for my first teaching certificates in South India. Influential teachers to whom I am hugely grateful are in Bermuda: Michael Watson and at Tribe: Sequoia Henning, Scarlett Dee and Mark Ansari
Also thanks to Simon Low and Jeff Phenix of TriYoga and John Scott for invaluable advanced teaching advice on anatomy and safety.
My Aerial Yoga training was with Aerial Steps based in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Constantly researching aspects of anatomy and safe yoga practice, I attend Masterclass teacher training every year. The latest was in Kundalini Yoga with Maya Fiennes in London. The International School of Kundalini Yoga i-SKY was where I gained my level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teaching Certificate with Guru Dharam, Benjahmin Steele, Darryl O’keeffe, Livtar Kaur, Livtar Singh and others. I am now studying for Level 2.
I specialise in Pranayama, Meditation techniques, Astanga based Vinyasa, Aerial, and Kundalini Yoga. My style of teaching is joyful and my daily Sadhana practice is a blessing for which I will always be grateful.
