Come and release the day you've had and sleep better with my after work yoga class. You will strengthen muscles, stretch your body and relax after your busy day. You'll leave feeling lighter, calmer and ready to enjoy the evening. Yoga will help you to deal with stress, will relieve achy backs and improve your posture.
Beginners are welcome, all mats and props provided. I keep classes small so booking is essential, discount if booking a class pass.
Classes are £8 or £35/5 class pass, mats and props included.

I was drawn to yoga to help find some calm in a busy, stressful life. Yoga has helped me to transform my physical and mental health; avoiding injury when running and playing a huge part in my recovery from anxiety, stress and depression. Yoga has supported me through pregnancies, birth and motherhood. My classes take all these things into account!
