This class will be a vinyasa flow yoga practice that will help build a stronger body, while also helping you to improve mindfulness, breathwork, flexibility, balance, and strength.
The term vinyasa refers to the alignment of movement with the breath, so although you may also hold poses for a few breaths, you’ll move from one pose to the next using the inhalation and exhalation.
The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, there will be variety of style, pace and intensity.
This class is also accessible to all and suitable for beginners.
The use of yoga props and modifications will be provided to allow you to ease into the yoga poses.

Single classes are £6.50/ person.
Block booking of 4 classes for £22/person and block booking for 6 classes for £34/person.

The name NaMasYoga comes from the mixture of Namaste (greetings or salutation from the divine) and my name Masniari (the sun, warmth).
I’m passionate about yoga and I love that it’s not just about the physical practice that happens on the mat.
I am committed to offering an accessible practice by offering variations for every pose.
Remember, Yoga is for everyone, no matter what age, shape, or size.
My aim for my yoga class is to provide a safe space for everyone to practice yoga, through a mindful breath and to achieve the benefits of the yoga practice for your daily life.
I would love to share my experience and knowledge of yoga with you.
It is important to find balance in both mind and body.
So, I will be offering you yoga exercises for the physical body and breathing techniques to helps us calm the mind by improving our mental focus and concentration.
Based on my own personal experience, yoga has helped me embrace change, discover my own personal inner strength, build self confidence and helped me find my inner calmer happier self.
