I started my working life as a research chemist looking for drugs to help depression and anxiety. After ten years in 2000 I wanted to follow my passion to teach yoga, I am a naturally inflexible person but loved practicing and became fascinated by the principles behind yoga. I trained at the Dharma Yoga Centre in Harlow and was accredited with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2006. I also trained to teach the Alexander Technique which is a great partner to yoga and has completely altered my approach to teaching yoga.
I have taught in a wide variety of settings, business management, prisons, schools and seated yoga, I enjoy making yoga accessible to everyone.
