Mixed ability Hatha Yoga class which will improve and enhance strength as well as flexibility.
60 minute class consists of postures, breathing and relaxation.
All abilities welcome. Please bring your own mat.

I am a qualified yoga teacher with Yoga Professionals, Level 3 REPs Qualified, and have also completed the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course.
I was introduced to yoga to complement my running background. I fell in love with the practice for both its therapeutic and physical benefits.
I teach mixed ability Hatha Yoga classes which can improve and enhance strength as well as flexibility whilst calming the mind and body.
