I have practiced yoga since 2011 and been teaching since 2016. I am registered with Yoga Alliance.
I came to yoga after experiencing panic attacks and while I have experienced many other alternative therapies yoga has been my one constant. It has developed not only my ability to relax and destress, but also my strength, flexibility and connection with my mind and body.
I am also trained to Reiki Level 3 and have an interest in Mindfulness.
To some the above might sound 'airy fairy' , but I am a 20th century, 50yr old mum of 2 who works full time and enjoys living in today's modern world.
I teach at The Morgan Centre in Crowthorne on a Wednesday evening 7.45-9.15pm - all abilities welcome.
