Ashtanga is a wonderful form of yoga that works at a slightly faster pace (adaptable for beginners). It creates warmth within the muscles, promoting strength and flexibility whilst toning the whole body, firing up the metabolism and aiding weight loss, leaving you with an elegant feeling of being 10 feet tall. All abilities welcome.

With over 10 years teaching yoga and over over 15 years teaching in the fitness industry, my focus is on safe alignment and great technique, encouraging flexibility and mobility in the body whilst also strengthening our bodies so that keep ourselves safe and injury free.
Training with David Swenson and then furthering my training with John Scott, my style is very much Ashtanga based but with the kindness and technique of Iyengar. I have also completed training with David Williams, Matthew Sweeney, Danny Paradise, Kino MacGregor, David Sye and Sadie Nardini.
Classes are friendly and welcoming with guidance and adjustments given to all to ensure a safe practice. Classes can cater for beginners and intermediates alike. My aim is to pass over the passion that I have for yoga and to share with you the fun that you can have with it.
