Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures - a process producing intense internal heat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body and a calm mind. Modifications are offered to make the poses available to all body types.

We are a small independent studio with dedicated qualified yoga teachers in many different styles. Our classes are directed to all and beginners are warmly welcomed. We take yoga seriously and teach it humorously. Our studio is fully equipped with mats and props and our prices have of the lowest in the market. For us yoga is a passion worth spreading, not a market. Our studio fits a small number of students; we have floating wooden floors and an open chimney. From time to time live music is performed during classes.
