This class is inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga sequence. You can expect to work on getting in shape and developing balanced strength and flexibility.
The practice realigns spine, detoxifies the body, builds core strength and stamina. As you flow in and out of the poses following and focusing on your breath and dristhi (points of gaze) you get immersed into moving meditation.
