Ann-Marie is a qualified yoga teacher with 9 years experience. The primary series of Ashtanga yoga is known as yoga therapy and the benefits of practice include re-aligning the spine, detoxifying and re-balancing the body and bulding strength, stamina and flexibilty.
The series if about 70 postures takes upto two hours to complete and begins with sun salutations and moves onto the standing and seated postures, inversions and backbends before relaxation.
This class is suitable for beginners as many variations are provided and is also excellent for those wishing to advance and strengthen their practice.

Ann-Marie provides a friendly and relaxed, holistic approach and incorporates her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, sports injury therapy and the Alexander technique to provide techniques and variations beneficial for all health problems and levels of practice within the class.
Ann-Marie is qualified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha yoga, pre and post natal yoga and childrens yoga.
