Beginners Ashtanga Yoga......
I start with deep breathing and a brief Mantra. Explanations will be given of what goes on to any newcomers, before class begins..............
then we arm up, as is traditional in Ashtanga, in order to progress to the following postures. Movements are flowing and breath initiated. You work to your own limit.
The body is warmed up , the cardio is worked, the muscles get stretched and toned, the mind is clarified and concentration is improved. The digestive system improves, muscles become stronger, the Liver is detoxified and purified and weight is lost, aswell as posture being improved. It is only good for you............
