Welcome to our Ashtanga Yoga classes, where tradition and discipline meet to build a strong and balanced mind and body. Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and structured practice that combines breath and movement to create a transformative and meditative experience.
In our Ashtanga Yoga classes, you will follow a specific sequence of postures, known as the Primary Series, derived from the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. These postures consist of a series of dynamic sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, inversions and closing sequences.
The practice is designed to purify and align the body, calm the mind and awaken your spirit.
