This class gives mums and their babies a special bonding time, playing, moving, breathing and relaxing together in a safe supportive environment. Specialised post-natal yoga enables mum’s to reconnect with their bodies, whilst gentle baby yoga can help with colic, digestion, sleep and aid development.
The class is an hour long, suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling and included free tea and biscuits at the end.
