Baby Yoga is great fun for parent and baby. Mutually beneficial with lots of songs and sensory props such as baby yoga balls for babies to sit and lie on, colourful scarves and lights during relaxation. It is a fun way to encourage movement, fine and gross motor skills, aid baby's digestion, learn brain gym and much more. Post natal recovery for parents also is provided with songs. Each half term there is a new theme with optional fancy dress, photos and cake in the final week. Classes are run every half term and baby's can keep returning, Suitable from around 8 weeks old to crawling.
Very baby friendly and parents dip in and out to feed, cuddle with optional baby yoga dolls should your baby sleep. If you miss a week or are feeding throughout, you can get a recording to do at home.
